TINY LAND- As the founders of the Tiny Land brand and parents ourselves, we love nothing more than hearing about how our children’s teepees and wooden toys make your children smile. Tiny Land is a way for your children to create their very own Tiny Land that they can enjoy and base their adventures around.
Quick ViewOur story begins on Neo’s 20th birthday, many years ago. Cherie gifted Neo a handmade wooden shop kit as a birthday present. They spent the whole afternoon working on the wooden shop kit in the university library. They had to concentrate and use all of their patience and attention to detail, but they loved every minute of it. After graduation, Neo worked as a banker and Cherie worked as a lawyer. They were happy with their lives, but they still had a dream they wanted to bring to life. When Cherie fell pregnant, they decided to create a toy brand as a memorable gift for their beloved daughter who would soon be born. Tiny Land came to life in Grandpa’s garage as a way to share our love of traditional wooden toys with children from all walks of life. We designed every conventional wooden toy for a kid: a wooden play kitchen, a teepee play tent, and a whole host of other creations. Before long, we were getting messages from loving parents who couldn’t believe how their child’s imagination was coming to life.

eFootwear is a family-owned and operated business with over 40 years of sales experience in the athletic footwear industry.
Quick VieweFootwear is a family-owned and operated business with over 40 years of sales experience in the athletic footwear industry. Originally called Brookhaven Sporting Goods, eFootwear has been a Delaware County fixture since 1982. With all his savings and a lot of hard work, John Elison Sr. opened a little “hole in the wall” sneaker store on Dutton Mill Road. Working full time for Conrail, John worked nights and weekends selling sneakers. In the beginning, it was tough for John and his wife, Theresa. The little “sneaker store” (as it came to be known by area residents) was minimal inside and out. A fresh coat of paint, a patchwork of remnant, carpeting on the floor and wooden shelves, built by John himself, was all there was to the store, but it worked! His philosophy was simple: buy the building cheap, fix it up to be functional, not fancy, and sell popular brands at competitive prices. With his savings, he bought the building, fixed it up himself and worked it by himself and his wife. There were no loans taken out and certainly no government help to get him started. His philosophy along with his determination and hard work paid off!

FXW came into existence during a time unlike any other – the COVID-19 pandemic. The world as we knew it got turned upside down. Simple routines that we once took for granted has now become a luxury on a rare occasion. The unexpected disruption caused by the virus forced us to retreat into the confines of our homes and this sudden change to our once organized lives brought about a whirlpool of emotions, the most common was the sense of insecurity.
Quick ViewAmid this unchartered chaos, we found an unexpected lifeline. Our dogs, emerged as silent warriors, helping us navigate these turbulent times. Dogs, with their uncanny ability to provide comfort and companionship, transformed into more than just pets. They became our confidantes, our sounding boards, our safe havens. They listened to our endless banter, our deepest secrets, and our most heartfelt emotions with a level of interest that seemed almost human. Their constant presence and unconditional affection were sources of great solace. The newfound reality of being with our pets 24/7 brought about its unique challenges and as much as we love them, the constant companionship could sometimes tip over to the point of being slightly overwhelming. So, people began to explore new ways of taking a break; Outdoor adventures leading to a surge in popularity of nearby parks, local nature reserves, backyard camping, as well as RV holidays and camping trips gained traction which were a much needed relief to our daily homestay.
